Qualifications

Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa;Ba degree, major in early childhood education or English field preferred;

Two years English teaching experience strongly preferred, TESOL/TEFL certification is a must;

 Job Descriptions

5  English teachers for kindergarten

5  English teachers for primary school;

1 Drama/oral English Teacher for primary school;

 Compensation

Monthly salary: 22K-30K RMB before tax;

Bonus（monthly/semester/yearly）: one Month salary if renew the contract

Overtime allowance: 150rmb/one class(primary school )

Festival: the same as the Chinese staffs’ and plus Christmas day;

400 RMB per month food allowance

300 RMB free for the monthly expense of water and electricity if living on campus

Paid holiday: winter holiday and other official holidays;

Housing allowance / Free apartment: Free apartment;

Providing business insurance: yes;

Flight allowance: 6000-10000RMB per year at the end of the contract;

Semester teaching bonus according to party A’s evaluation result, ranging from 2000

RMB to 6000 RMB (4000 RMB to 12000 RMB yearly)
